"FML was helpful in so many ways. The great thing about this organization is that its whole intent is to
see you grow and develop professionally... You're introduced into this other world - the 'real world'
where first impressions are everything. Especially through their workshops; they cover all types of
topics from what is the appropriate to wear to the best way to market yourself to proper business
etiquette in social situations. Before FML, there were a lot of little details I would have missed if I
were to attend a 'grown-up' event that now I will catch myself fixing. You gradually take on the
perspective of businesswoman/man and with confidence." - Jerusalem Belai, UCF student, Health Services
Administration Major

Career Center will be a vital tool. Employers will be able
to upload job and internship postings and students will
be able to upload their résumés.
This will provide employers a quick and easy way to
fulfill their diversity needs while giving students the
opportunity to search for employment from top industry
leaders.
FML's founding chapter was established at the University of Central Florida and it was officially
recognized as a student organization in the Spring semester of 2007.
